YOGA CARE
Private 1:1 Online Sessions

No yoga experience necessary.

There are physical and emotional benefits that result from regular yoga practice. You do not need to be flexible nor fit to practice yoga and you will benefit from as little as 10-15 minutes of yoga per day, a few days per week. These sessions are a perfect way to complement therapy or coaching sessions. I provide private online sessions for these yoga services:

Restorative Yoga
Extended seated and supine poses to calm and reset your entire body and mind. Includes light, passive stretching and guided breath work. Perfect for stress, illness or injury. Contact me to schedule.
60 minute online session - $65

Custom Yoga Session For Alleviation of Anxiety, Depression and/or Enhancement of Creativity and Energy.
This is a custom session of a combination of active and restorative poses and breath work that focus on your chosen issue. After each session, you can choose three poses from any guided session to implement on your own time to maintain benefits in between our sessions, 10-15 minutes per day. Contact me to schedule.
30 minute online session - $45
60 minute online session - $75


Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
Guided visual meditation and breath work.  One long relaxing pose....savasana. You get to lie down for 30-45 minutes to experience a journey in your mind and body for restorative health effects. Contact me to schedule.
