Self-Heal Provider Interest Form
Currently, our provider list is in the early growing stages and a temporary page of providers will be published on this site 'Mindful Life and Love'. A stand alone directory will be developed at www.selfhealcollective.com and caters to private pay clients who value natural, holistic and alternative approaches to self-healing.
Currently, enrollment to be included in our Self-Heal Collective is donation based. Upon approval and placement of your listing, we will direct you about payment, any amount starting at $10. Whatever amount you donate covers you till the new directory is in place (projected date Fall 2019). Your enrollment includes a social media promotion on IG Self-Heal Collective. Additional promotional shout outs are available at a reasonable cost. Promotional postings are available even if you are not in our directory if your work is aligned with our mission of guiding clients to heal themselves with holistic approaches.
Annual membership fee options will be offered when the new directory is in place. For those who are in the temporary directory prior to then, a reduced rate will be offered for the 1st year.
